A contract has been awarded to Ardmore to build a high-rise development in London’s West Cromwell Road. The development is a joint-venture development by Mark & Seven Capital.
The development will consist of 462 apartments over seven new blocks and are designed by Corstorphine & Wright. The tallest of the blocks will be 33 storey’s high and will be one of the tallest buildings in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and will be situated on the corner of West Cromwell and Warwick Road.
The new-build blocks are to be established on top of an existing multi-storey car park which will remain operational during the strengthening and alteration works that the structure will need. A complex phasing strategy has been agreed with the adjoining premises.
Commercial and retail space will be a part of the new development together with public realm improvements.
