Paul Clarkson, Triton Construction managing director said: “We are delighted to secure the contract as our first project with Mileway. Formerly an ambulance depot the site needed some remediation. The existing structures have been demolished and we are now progressing with steelworks for the project and will complete the four buildings along with the first floor office fit-out, install new mains services, hardstanding yards and new access roads”.

“We recently secured a contract to build 185,000 sq ft unit at Stakehill 185 in Manchester, our biggest yet, as our work in delivering logistics accommodation continues to expand. We expect that this sector will account for approximately 50% of our work this year”.
