Following planning permission being granted, Retirement Villages Group (RVG), which is owned by AXA 1M Real Assets, is to redevelop the previous ABC Cinema site on Mount Pleasant Road in Tunbridge Wells.
The building in Kentish Town has been empty for more thant two decades.
The new development is to have 166 appartments with many onsite amenities such as a restaurant, bar gym and pool together with a function room. In addition there will also be nine retail units.
RVG have plans to acquire and develop approximately 40 new later living schemes in the UK.
