Morgan Sindall Construction have been chosen by Brighton & Hove City Council as main contractor for the Kingsway to the Sea Regeneraton Project on the West Hove Seafront on the south coast.
The contract was awarded through the local development framework. The plans for rhe development will have new leisure facilities to include a 600sqm roller skating area, a multi-use sand sports area, four padel tennis courts, a skate park together with a 150 metre long ‘pump’ track for use by cyclists.
The new outdoor pavilion next to the bowling greens will have public toilets, changing rooms together with a cafe. It will also be the new home of the Hove & Kingsway Bowls Club.
