Recycling

As we are all reminded to recycle more and more Leicestershire council tip is to have its facilities improved as WiIlmot Dixon are set to begin work there.

This £5m scheme is to see WiIlmot Dixon modernise and expand the Kibworth recycling and household waste site.

The new split-level site renovations are to include bulk storage areas, waste bin locations, access ramps together with a weighbridge. There will be electric vehicle charging points for staff to use, an office and welfare unit with automated LED lighting.

The tip will be closed to the public until the works are completed, scheduled for completion in the Autumn.

In collaboration with Maber Associaton architect, Willmot Dixon were awarded the contract through the Scape framework.
