Planning permission has been approved for phase two of the development in Waverley, South Yorkshire.
Avant Homes are to build a further 173 homes on the development, being the second phase of the wider generation scheme.
The new phase will consist of two, three and four bedroom homes. 17% of the 173 homes are to designated as affordable housing. This second phase is to be known as Sorby Park, Waverley. Work is due to begin this winter and the first homes expected to be ready for occupation by September. The overall build programme is expected to take four years.
