Recently rebranded as Octavius Infrastructure, Osborne Infrastructure was sold to private equity investors last summer.

Sullivan Street Partners who took over Osborne Infrastructure from family owned Geoffrey Osborne Ltd is currently in the process of giving the business a new identity.

Chief executive of the newly named Octavius Infrastructure, John Dowsett said: “We are of course, extremely proud of where we have come from but are more than excitied to launch the next stage of our journey. We shall endeavour to build on our excellent foundations, the focus on people and customers together with the values and principles that have made us successful. Together with renewed investment and focus on infrastructure transport will ensure we continue the exciting development of our business and continue to improve assured sustainable, efficient and safe solutions for our customers.

Founding partner of Sullivan Street Partners, Richard Sanders said: “Octaviaus will incorporate the best of Osborne Infrastructure, together with progressive commitments that have not been possible in the recent past, zero carbon, lean engineering approaches, increasing levels of diversity and sustainability being the key to moving forward”.
