Recently rebranded as Octavius Infrastructure, Osborne Infrastructure was sold to private equity investors last summer.
Sullivan Street Partners who took over Osborne Infrastructure from family owned Geoffrey Osborne Ltd is currently in the process of giving the business a new identity.
Chief executive of the newly named Octavius Infrastructure, John Dowsett said: “We are of course, extremely proud of where we have come from but are more than excitied to launch the next stage of our journey.
