Nottinghamshire Building Framework

A £17m framework currently being procured by Arc Partnership for Nottinghamshire County Council is open to SME Contractors to apply for a place.

A timetable for the general building framework has been outlined by Ace Partnership, a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and public sector procurement agency Scape. A pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) is now available for SME contractors to submit. The framework will run for four years from 2023 until 2027 and register up to 33 contractors as ready qualified for construction and maintenance across Nottinghamshire County Council properties.

The PQQ is available until noon on 17th June..

Over recent years Arc Partnership’s framework has supported local contractors and provided a pipeline of work to help them succeed and be able to create employment opportunities. With the expansion of this framework they are able to continue to provide opportunities for local SMEs to deliver excellent work in the local communities.
