New Regeneration Scheme for Wolverton

Willmott Dixon have been chosen as the preferred bidder for the Agora regeneration scheme in Wolverton, by Milton Keynes City Council.

Following planning permission being given in December 2021 Milton Keynes Council is working on a project called Love Wolverton with plans to redevelop the Agora Shopping centre and car park, with developer Town. Willmott DIxon together with Town will now review and finalise the design for the new development. The project plans to provide 115 two-to-four storey homes across six residential blocks. Approximately a third of the properties will be classed as affordable housing and will include a co-housing community for over 50’s alongside family homes for rent. Nine ground-floor commercial units together with designated ‘community space’ are also planned.

Willmott DIxon were chosen via the Pagabo major works framework with work planned to start later this year.
