The construction of a new leisure and entertainment centre in Preston has been given the ‘go-ahead’ by Preston CIty Council.
The proposed complex will include an eight-screen cinema, a 16-lane bowling alley, five restaurants and bars and include an underground car park. Eric Wright Construction are to undertake this project.
The complex will be publicly owned and being funded by Preston City Council who have support from the Ribble and Lancashire City Deal.
Work on the site preparation by Maple Grove Developments, part of the Eric Wright Group, will begin in November with main construction planned for the new year.
