The Hill Group have been awarded a contract by A2Dominion housing association to build key worker accommodation at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
The new Ivy Lane development will replace the existing Ivy Lane accommodation and will house a minimum of 340 key workers. Seven new apartment buildings are to be built and range from three to five storey’s high. The project will include 68 apartments and 57 cluster units, with the shared units having either four or five bedrooms and a communal kitchen.
Key worker accommodation at Churchill Drive at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford will also be redeveloped by A2Dominion. This project will have 19 cluster flats providing 91 ensuite rooms for staff.
Work at Ivy Lane is due to start this autumn with completion planned for October 2025.
