Necton Housing Scheme

The construction of 73 affordable homes has begun in Necton, Norfolk.

To be built on North Pickenham Road in Necton, four miles east of Swaffham, the housing project reportedly worth £9.7m will be called Tower Mill and is to be developed by United Living New Homes subsidiary Partner Construction.

The development will consist of two-bedroom bungalows, one-bedroom walk-up flats and two, three and four bedroom houses.

The properties will be available for either shared ownership or affordable rent and are supported by Homes England funding.

Tower Mill is one of two projects between Partner Construction, United Living New Homes and Flagship Homes. The second project is at Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex which will consist of 53 homes for shared ownership or affordable rent.
