Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works at the new Aston Martin Formula One headquarters have been awarded to E7 Building Services.
E7 Building Services, who are part of The Michael Lonsdale Group, will be responsible for the MEP design & build for this brand new facility.
The project will undertake specialist research & development installation, including BMS and EMS systems, specialist gases, local extract ventilation systems together with solar photovoltaic systems.
The plans will cover 15,000 sq ft of facilities, including all external specialist plant areas.
Being promoted at the ‘First smart factory in Formula One’ executing a facility that runs its information streams, monitoring systems and manufacturing processes via data in the cloud.
The E7 project team are presently in the design phase with works completion anticipated by May 2023.
