A new framework aimed at providing consultancy services for the construction of public sector buildings and homes is inviting specialist construction, asset management and energy consultants to apply to join.
Public sector procurement agency LHC is assembling the CSI consultancy services framework with the aim of providing a panel of prequalified firms to offer a range of consultancy services.
CSI constitutes an expansion of LHC’s H1WS1 housing consultancy framework to include additional requirements for public sector bodies to procure advisory services. LHC say that the aim is to provide the necessary tools to enable procurement teams to secure the services needed efficiently. The CSI framework will assist this by bringing together consultancy services and thereby giving easier access to a wide choice of specialist consultancy services.
