The design team will be supported by Arup (mechanical, electrical and public health design) and Curtins (civil and structural design).
Kier Construction were awarded the pre-construction contract in August 2022 to develop the detailed design of the new facility. Also included in the construction team are FES as building services subcontractor, PCE for precast concrete supplying and installation and Carey’s for groundworks.
Expected throughout 2023 will be further planning applications for individual site buildings.
