Planning permission has been approved for Linkcity, the development side of Bouygues, for Phase 4 of the Hallsville Quarter development, in Canning Town, east London.
The plans propose a purpose built student accommodation block and is designed by PRP Architect.
The project will also include 377 bedrooms, student open spaces to include a first floor garden and 7th floor roof terrace. Also included will be 487 sqm of ground floor commercial space and a landscaped public area.
Construction is planned to start by the end of the year with plans for completion in the summer of 2025. Bouygues UK will be the main contractor.
Phase 4 of the project is the penultimate phase which will ultimately include 1,100 new homes, a hotel, approximately 30,000 sqm of leisure, retail and work space including a health centre.
