The Blackpool plant hire firm Fox Group, formerly known as Fox Bros, has acquired Blackpool based Woods Waste Ltd. Woods Waste specialised in waste disposal, soil supplies, aggregates and recycling.
Paul Fox, managing director said: “We have a well established relationship with Woods Waste, they are a well known family run business and this acquisition will allow us to build on our local Blackpool presence. We welcome the addition of there range of services.
The Fox Group have already acquired Blackledge Plant Hire and Cotswold Roller Hire this year along with Woods Waste Ltd. The previous year saw the purchase of Clive Hurt Plant Hire and JJ O’Grady Civils.
