Finance has now been secured for a £400m First Street development in Manchester.
Precede Capital and Japanese bank Nomura have approved a £227m loan to finance the construction of the development. The project will consist of 1,790 apartments, for rent, across three buildings up to 45 storeys and to be built by Downing.
Phase one of the project is planned for completion by August 2024 with phase two completion planned for March 2025.
