Courthouse and Police Station Development for London

Mace have been awarded a contract to build the Salisbury Square Development, London which is to consist of a new courthouse and police station for the Square Mile.

Mace’s appointment by the City of London Corporation follows its completion of a pre-construction services agreement.

Known previously as the Fleet Street Estate now the Salisbury Square Development in EC4 will now consist of premises for His Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service also new Headquarters for City of London police.

The development will also include a grade A commercial building together with more public realm. The project is designed by Eric Parry Architects with Aecom, Avison Young and Buro Happold completing the professional and design teams with separate briefs for the project.

The development is planned for a 2026 completion date.
