117 homes for housing association Midland Heart are to be built by Jessup Partnerships. The new development will transform the former Abbey Lane bus depot.
The project will consist of a mix of 103 semi-detached and terraced houses which will range from two to four bedrooms together with 14 maisonettes. All properties will be timber framed and built to the designs of Leicester based RG & P Architects and completion is planned for the winter of 2024.
This iconic site will now be transformed into new homes for the families and first time buyers of Leicester.
