Causeway Technologies acquire Yotta

Yotta, supplier of connected asset management software and services has been bought by construction software provider Causeway Technologies.

Yotta currently provides software to assist with the management of approximately 35 million physical assets and related services, which include highways, street lighting and waste management.

Causeway have said that by bringing Yotta in creates ‘a single integrated end-to-end solution that manages the complete asset managment lifecycle for local authorities and their contractors’.

Phill Brown, Causeway chief executive said: “Process and data integration is paramount for all local authority contracts executed by contractors. Data will now flow smoothly and continuously between local authorities and their contractors in one single end-to-end solution to ensure the requirements of all stakeholders are met”.

“The acquisition of Yotta creates a team with fantastic knowledge of solutions for local authority asset management and services. Together with Causeway’s own expertise in contractor job and resource management this will create a team with an exceptional depth of understanding”.
