Caddick Construction have been awarded a contract as main contractor to build a 191,000 sqft industrial unit for Waystone Hargreaves Land.
The new building will be built on the Unity Connect logistics park near Doncaster just off junction 5 of the M18 motorway, and the development will be known as Doncaster 191.
The construction will be a steel portal frame with portal metal sheet elevations together with an insulated profile metal sheet roof.
Doncaster 191 forms part of a deal between Waystone Hargreaves Land LLP, the joint venture company behind the Unity development and Aver Property Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Ergo RE and NFU Mutual.
Outline Planning Permission has been agreed with Unity Connect for industrial and logistics space and forms part of the wider planning permission for 2 million square feet of commercial space together with 3,100 homes over the Unity Development site.
