Brentford Football Club gets new Portakabins

Premier League Football Club Brentford are to have new Portakabin accommodation at its training ground.

Planning permission was granted in June to install these temporary facilities at its Jersey Road training ground while plans for a permanent training complex are worked on.

A bespoke building has been created by the team at Portabakin working in partnership with Ardent Sports.

More than 80 modules are to be delivered to create a two-storey building with 3,200 sqm of floor space for use as offices, changing rooms and medical treatment rooms. A hydrotherapy suite, a cryotherapy unit and plunge pool will also be incorporated into the area. The installation of these portakabins is expected to take approximately 14 days with plans for the building to be operational by the end of the year.

These buildings are expected to remain in place for the next 5 years giving the club time to develop its plans for a permanent performance centre.
